Limited Warranty

Thank you for purchasing from Dry Creek Hideaway Beds. In addition to the convenience and satisfaction you will derive from you compact, stylish cabinet bed, you will also receive the assurance of a quality manufacturing process.

This warranty applies to Dry Creek Hideaway Beds cabinet beds only (not the mattress) and is extended only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Under conditions of normal household usage, Dry Creek Hideaway Beds cabinet bed is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of six months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover against excessive wear or abuse. Dry Creek Hideaway Beds warrants that it will repair or replace at its option, any part of the cabinet or cabinet components which fail to perform due to manufacturing defects or defective materials with in the six month period. This Limited Warranty does not apply where there is evidence of excessive wear, soiling, improper cleaning or abuse. Any such evidence will void the Limited Warranty.

The coverage provided by this Limited Warranty further does not apply to damage or defects resulting from negligence, misuse, user error, fires or accidents or commercial usage, or to cabinets exposed to extreme humidity levels, excessive heat, or extreme temperature variations. The judgment of Dry Creek Hideaway Beds will be final as to all matters concerning the conditions of the furniture, the cause and nature of the defect, and the necessity of manner of repair. Expenses incurred by the customer to repair will not be the responsibility of Dry Creek Hideaway Beds unless Dry Creek Hideaway Bed sis notified in advance of the repair, a written estimate from the repair service is provided and Dry Creek Hideaway Beds approves the charges prior to repair. Dry Creek Hideaway Beds is not responsible for any assembly charges incurred by customers without its express written authorization.

 THIS WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE WARRANTYAND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THISWARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH MAY VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN THAT EVENT, SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD. NO WARRANTIES APPLY AFTER THAT PERIOD. COVERAGE UNDER ANY OF THOSE WARRANTIES DOES NOT INCLUDE INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES REFERENCED ABOVE ARE NOT APPLICABLE TO THE USE OF SUCH PRODUCTS FOR RENTAL, BUSINESS, COMMERCIAL, INSTITUTIONAL OR OTHER NON-RESIDENTIAL USES. HOWEVER, SUCH USES ARE SUBJECT TO THE ABOVE DISCLAIMER OF THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

To Obtain Service Under this Warranty

Should you need to report any problems or claims under this warranty please contact Dry Creek Hideaway Beds. Provide photos and a written description of the problem to Dry Creek Hideaway Beds along with your proof of purchase.

Dry Creek Hideaway Beds will absorb all freight/shipping fees for transporting replacement parts to your location. In some cases missing parts or parts deemed to be defective may be sent directly to the consumer. In the limited occasion that the repair requires the product to be returned to Dry Creek Hideaway Beds, the costs of packaging and freight between the customer and Dry Creek Hideaway Beds will not be covered and will be the responsibility of the original purchaser.

Dry Creek Hideaway Beds or parts and products may not be altered by any person, dealer or company without the express written authorization of Dry Creek Hideaway Beds.

The terms of this warranty supersede all other warranties, expressed or implied.
